You're booking your family's place at the special, 'out in the garden' Sing and Sign and Serpentine Community Garden session at Buxton Brewery, Trackside! This is a fantastic event for all of the family and we can't wait to see you!
For the younger children, there will be a special Sing and Sign session about the garden, nature and weather. There will be songs, books, instruments, props and more! This session is aimed at children around 2.5 and under. (11am-12pm) To keep the older children busy, Frances from the Serpentine Community Garden will be offering a chance to make and do nature inspired crafts. Make a caterpillar from leaves, print some paw prints in clay, make a nature necklace, read about animals and learn a fact or 2! These are just a few examples. Craft events will run until 2pm.
We obviously cannot guarantee the weather, after all, we live in Buxton! The events will be taking place in the garden under marquees but we do have the option to take it inside if we need to. The weather will not spoil our day!
Trackside is an amazing venue and we're so grateful for the space! Once the children are finished with their crafts, why not have a bounce on the bouncy castle, have a spot of lunch and enjoy the views? Trackside do a fantastic children's meal deal at £10! This includes a main, drink AND ice cream! Are the adults driving to see us? Don't worry, Trackside have you covered with delicious coffees and low or no alcohol drinks. I can highly recomment hop water!
The £5 fee is for up to 3 children per family. It's preferred to book in before the event so that we can prepare for numbers, but there will be an option to pay on the day.
